Genetic Engineered Foods only for textiles, not for human consumption
To: The U.S. House, The U.S. Senate and The President of the United States

Ok, why not do this. Instead of eliminating GE foods and the jobs they provide, why don't we just limit genetic engineered foods to be produced only for non-consumption products. Such as: rice paper, plastics, paper products, GE corn based ethanol, etc. This way jobs are still provided for manufacture of genetic engineered products yet they will not harm humans or livestock by being used as food. This will allow our livestock and our fellow human beings to have plenty of organically grown food for consumption. Doesn't this just seem like a no brainer congressmen. I say we give it a chance and see what happens. It very well just might solve some of our issues.
